Bookings & Availability
How do I book a course?
You can enquire about course availability by completing our contact form, emailing us at [email protected], or calling 0800 170 1042. We will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking as early as possible as places are limited. For group bookings of 3 or more, please contact us at least 4 weeks in advance.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for group bookings. Please contact us directly to discuss pricing for your team.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, rescheduling is possible subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your course date. See our Terms of Use for our cancellation and refund policy.
Courses & Certification
What is the difference between NPORS and CPCS?
NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) and CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) are both nationally recognised accreditation schemes for plant operators. CPCS is more widely required on large construction sites and HS2 projects. Our advisors can help you choose the right scheme for your needs — just get in touch.
How long does it take to receive my certificate?
Certificates are typically processed and issued within 10–15 working days of successful course completion. We will contact you when your certificate is ready.
What happens if I don’t pass the assessment?
If you do not pass the assessment on the day, you may be eligible for a re-sit. Re-sit fees and availability will be discussed with you by our team. We aim to support every candidate to achieve their certification.
Do I need any prior experience to attend a course?
Prerequisites vary by course and accreditation scheme. Please check the individual course page for specific requirements, or contact us and we’ll advise the best starting point for you.

What should I bring on the day?
Please bring:
Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
Appropriate workwear and safety boots
Any previously issued cards or certificates relevant to the course
Your booking confirmation email
Where is the training centre?
Our training takes place at:
Black Barn, Risborough Road, Aston Sandford, Aylesbury HP17 8NG
Free parking is available on site. Please arrive 15 minutes before your course start time.
Is lunch provided?
Lunch is not provided. There are local shops and food outlets nearby, or you are welcome to bring your own food.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and card payment. Payment details will be confirmed at the time of booking. For company bookings, we can arrange invoicing.
When is payment due?
Full payment is required to secure your place. We will provide payment instructions upon booking confirmation.
